Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is there a minimum order requirement?
Yes, Decorated sugar cookies (Gluten Free and Regular) require a 1 dozen minimum. Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter, and other classic cookies also require a 1 dozen minimum.
  • What payment types do you accept?
    Cash, Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle.
  • Where are you located?
Pickup is located at a residential home in Delhi Twp, Ohio. The exact adress will be given prior to order pickup.
  • How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Short answer: There is a 1 week notice. If I can squeeze you in with less notice, there is a $15 additional charge. Long answer: The sooner the better. "Too soon" doesn't exist. My calendar fills up very quickly, especially during the summer and around the holidays. I have a husband and 6 kids that require my attention so there are weeks during the year that I can't devote as much time to cookies as others.
  • Are cookies individually packaged?
Yes! All cookies are individually packaged to ensure freshness.
  • Do you participate in farmers markets or craft fairs?
Any in-person events will be announced on social media. You can count on farmers markets in the summer and various in-person sales during the holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter). In-person payment types include: cash, credit card, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo.
  • Are your cookies nut free/allergy free?
All products are produced in a home kitchen which means there is a possible cross contamination with the 8 major food allergens: milk, eggs, tree nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, pecans), peanuts, wheat, soybeans, fish (e.g., anchovies) and Crustacean shellfish. Gluten Free cookies: I take every possible step to prevent gluten cross contamination. Please take this under advisement when ordering Gluten Free sugar cookies. If even a trace of gluten can make you feel ill in any way, I'd prefer you not order from me.
  • Can sugar cookies be frozen?
You betcha they can! They're good in the freezer for up to 1 month. As long as you follow these super simple instructions: 1. Place unopened cookie in an air tight container with the lid on. 2. Please in the freezer. See? I told you this was easy! 3. Take air tight contrainer out of the freezer but LEAVE THE LID ON. This is super important. By leaving the container lid on, the condensation will form on the outside of the container and not on the cookies. 4. Leave the UNOPENED container on the counter for at least 2hrs, preferably more. I like to put them out the night before. 5. Eat those cookies!
